Specialized services include care for women of high-risk pregnancy, diagnosis of congenital fetal abnormalities, climacteric/menopausal care, gynecologic tumors, and other gynecology diseases. Special Clinic operates Robotic Surgery Center, EPI Center, Pregnant Woman Clinic, Menopause Clinic, and Adolescent Clinic and provides an advanced level of comprehensive care service in connection with the Gynecologic Oncology Center, etc.
Robotic Surgery Center, especially, achieved 750 cases of single-site robotic surgeries within a short period of time, becoming the leader of the robotic surgery in the Obstetrics and Gynecology field.
Single-site robotic surgery has been receiving very positive feedback from young women of childbearing potential as it delivers a minimal scar and causes less damage in organs involved with pregnancy (e.g., uterus and ovary). We have been greatly successful in implementing single-site robotic surgeries in simple tumor removal procedures as well as tumor removing operations - such as multiple tumors and massive tumors - and patients of varying symptoms including pelvic organ prolapse.
