Cardiovascular Center
The Cardiovascular Center is on the third floor of Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital and the head of the center is professor Dong-Man Suh. The center is composed of Cardiology Department and Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Department; and teams of medical experts from each field are closely cooperating for treatments. We pursue patient's safety and wellbeing in the modern medical surroundings which are becoming ever more complicated and invest the utmost efforts for each and every patient to have a satisfying experience.
The Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Department of the Cardio-Cerebrovascular Center conducts diagnosis and treatment of heart disease in adults (coronary artery disease, valvular disease), aortic and peripheral vascular diseases, complex heart anomalies in infants and performs heart transplantation surgeries for adults and children.
Cerebrovascular Center
The Cerebrovascular Center of Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital has introduced up-to-date medical devices equipped with latest IT techniques to assess causes and risk factors of stroke and cerebrovascular disease for individual patients, provide customized care which may reduce sequelae; and offer measures, diagnosis to prevent recurrence of cerebrovascular diseases as well as their diagnosis and treatments.
