The Department of Hematology and Oncology is responsible for specialized medical care of many different malignant tumors that may develop anywhere in our body such as digestive cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer and also provides holistic cancer patient treatments by not only carrying out the medicinal treatment for cancers, i.e., chemotherapy but also being actively involved in regulating accompanied symptoms to take care of patients and their families. For various types of hemopathies including anemia, bone marrow dysfunction, and hemorrhagic disease, specialized tests are performed for diagnosis and treatment so as for individual patients to receive personalized care that suits his/her condition.
